    2. The best solution is to upgrade to PP 14.7. Everything else spins your wheels

  3. Worked like a charm. I have Windows 10 and found all keys. Try again and be careful to follow exactly. I found each of the 2 keys and only deleted them.

  4. Worked great. Very simple to do. I have had this occur a couple of times, usually after loading a new printer driver, one for an HP printer and the second time for a Brother printer. The first time I did a restore to before I loaded the HP printer driver, but the second restoring to an earlier point did not help. I tried uninstalling PP and reinstalling, but that did not work. This simple solution of removing these two layers worked well.

  8. I had this happen several times. The best solution, which worked, was to have Kofax authorize free download for the latest version of PP (14.7) which provided a permanent solution.

    1. I was plagued by this issue on two PC's until I upgraded about a year or so ago, and have had no problems since. All the fixes such as those in this blog did not work. It drove me crazy. I finally upgrade my PP software to the latest version, 14.7. I have had no problems since. PP/Kofax does not advertise this, but they will help you do it for free if you contact them directly
